Our lab and office space is within the James Nasmyth Building, on the main Riccarton Campus of Heriot Watt University. All of the main campus facilities of the University are close by along with state-of-the-art facilities for relevant research technologies.

Institute of Biological Chemistry, Biophysics and Bioengineering

This research Institute, part of the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences, was formed in 2012 to develop science at the interface of the physical and life sceinces. In its short life, the Institute has been very sucecssful in attracting funding to expand existing facilities and establish new capabilities, especially in the area of super-resolution microscopy and imaging.

The Institute organises scientific meetings and seminars, social events and an annual symposium.
